AC StirrersThese Stirrers are specially designed brushless AC variable speed stirrers driven by frequency inverter to ensure reproducible speed with any load.
Model RQ - 140 / D - FP is available with flame proof motor & frequency inverter inside flameproof enclosure.These stirrers have steady & constant speed for viscosity during mixing. They have built in digital RPM indicator for process valodation and reproducibility.
Salient Features:. Facility for setting of stirring speed in increments of 10 RPM. Digital display of stirring speed within the range of 10% to 100% (+100 RPM). Stirring shaft SS 316, Retort Rods SS 304
Homogenisers & EmulsifiersThese are designed for homogenization, emulsification, dispersion and mixing of fluids at high speed. The user has a choice of selecting from AC Drive or AC / DC Drive with stepless speed regulations for continous variations of speed as per requirements.
RQ - 127A / D suitable foe homogenizing of tissues at high speed available. Chuck to hold shaft upto 10mm dia. fitted with PTFE grinding pestle (50ml). Glass homogenising cup with rod supplied as standard, optional available 5ml, 15ml, 25ml & 100 ml.
RQ - 127/D, RQ-130/D, RQ-130B/D are with AC/DC motor, these units are with Saw cutter impeller housed in flanged type cage. Optional digital speed indicator available for precise setting of speed.
RQ - 140/DE specially designed brushless AC variable speed Emulsifiers driven by frequency inverter to ensure reproducible speed with any load. Steady & constant speed ideal for solutions that change viscosity during mixing. Emulsifier has built in digital RPM indicator for process valodation and reproducibility.

The Geared Stirrers are specially designed for a broad spectrum of applications requiring low speed & high torque for stirring of viscous fluids & materials. These stirrers are used in routine laboratory work, research and development, QA analysis and sample preparations.
The user has a choice of different types of drive i.e. AC Drive, AC/DC Drive & PMDC with stepless speed regulations for continuous variation of speed as per requirements.
PMDC Geared Stirrers :
These stirrers have PMDC motors with hollow shafts in output spindle (except RQG-121/D), permitting length adjustment with ability to mix high viscosity liquids such as heavy oils, lubricants & paints. Stirrers have uniform speed control with digital RPM indicator which gives speed read outs, valuable for applications where process validation and reproducibility is required.
