REMI is celebrating 50 glorious years of continued growth and success in the medical equipments Industry. 12-MAR-11 REMI unveils new compact Benchtop Centrifuges Mumbai, March 2011,
REMI, a premiere player in the field of Laboratory and Blood Banking Equipments in India has introduced new bench top centrifuge models CM-8 Plus and CM-12 Plus setting a new benchmark in versatility and compactness.
The clever design offers quiet operation and results in a compact footprint providing the flexibility to alternate from micro-volume centrifugation to medium-volume centrifugation at an impressive maximum speed of 16000 RPM / 17500 g. A powerful and efficient refrigeration system cools the chamber quickly whilst maintaining the rotor at set temperature during centrifugation.
The parameters are quickly and effortlessly imputed through the uncomplicated touch pad interface and displayed on the brightly back lit and easy to read LCD panel. Centrifugation parameters can be displayed in RPM or RCF and the timer can be set for run times between one and 60 minutes. The short spin button enables rapid acceleration to the preset RPM. A choice of three acceleration/deceleration profiles and recall of last set parameters (useful for repetitive analysis) along with safety features like door lock, imbalance detector with auto shut down feature and a variety of swing out/angle rotors with adaptors make these units a truly versatile model being introduced by REMI.
